Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Click "Sign In" → "Forgot password?" and follow the email instructions. We use Clerk for secure authentication.

How do I create a new section or module?

Navigate to Modules or Sections from your dashboard, then click the "Create" button. Only instructors and admins can create content.

Who can I contact about billing or account issues?

Email support@studysite.ai with "Billing" or "Account" in the subject line for priority handling.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet! StudySite.ai is currently web-only, but it's fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. A native mobile app is on our roadmap.
