Acceptance

By creating a StudySite account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be 13+ (16+ in the EU/UK) to hold an account.
• One person, one account — don't share accounts.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the platform to harass, infringe copyright, or violate any law.
• Don't reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or attempt to access data not yours.
• Don't upload malware or attempt to compromise the sandbox.

Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By creating it on StudySite you grant us a limited license to host and display it as required to operate the service. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any third-party content you upload (textbooks, images, etc.).

Service availability

We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll notify you of scheduled maintenance through the in-app banner.

Termination

You can delete your account from Settingsat any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; we'll give you notice and a chance to cure where possible.

Liability + warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app with at least 30 days' notice.
